Lead bar at the BST Hyde Park summer series. Advanced cocktail experience required.

What you'll do

• ✦Run service across a 6-station VIP cocktail bar
• ✦Lead a team of 4 bartenders and 2 bar backs
• ✦Maintain spec, speed and presentation throughout service
• ✦Own bar setup, stock control and end-of-night cash up

What we need from you

• ✦Demonstrable cocktail menu experience (classics + signatures)
• ✦Personal Licence preferred
• ✦Confident leading a team in a high-pressure environment
• ✦Right to work in the UK
