Strong, fast and used to the back-end choreography that makes events run. Briefed, kitted and on-site early — the invisible workforce that turns a blank field into a sold-out show.
Before the doors open and after the lights come down, there's a different kind of event happening — trucks reversing, cases rolling, crew chiefs running schedules to the minute. Flair's logistics teams are the people who make those hours look easy.
How we work
01
We work to your build schedule, not the other way round. Crew sizes, shift patterns and break rotations are agreed before the first truck arrives.
02
Forklift, MEWP, manual handling, IPAF — we hold the tickets so you don't have to source them last minute.
03
The hardest hour of any event is the one after the last guest leaves. Our crews are drilled to keep pace and discipline when everyone else is fading.
"When the schedule says 06:00 in a wet field in March, our crews are there at 05:45 with coffee already drunk."
